The Modustri HDE Suite is a comprehensive measurement and data collection software/hardware solution focused on innovating the Heavy Duty Equipment Undercarriage inspection process. The HDE application was designed to work with Modustri’s Wear Measurement Device to take ultrasonic thickness gauge measurements up to 5 inches. The undercarriage inspection reports from the HDE app can be catalogued, and measurements documented with imagery using the onboard iPad cameras. These can be emailed directly from the app. This allows for faster sharing both with the customer and the management office. The Modustri HDE app communicates through a patent pending Bluetooth protocol to the Wear Measurement Device, which can be purchased directly from Modustri.
